Cagle, George A.

George A. Cagle, 50, of  Monmouth died at 12:50 A.M. Wednesday, March 14, 2007 at Cottage Hospital in Galesburg.

He was born January 24, 1957 in Beardstown, Illinois the son on George O. and Maxine (Brooks) Cagle.  He was raised and educated in Beardstown and Monmouth.

George worked at Chandler Trucking in Monmouth.

Surviving are his two daughters, Tina (Jason Turner) Cagle of Galesburg and Amanda Bridge of Atlanta, IL; 5 grandchildren, Jason Turner, Tyler Turner and Vanessa Turner all of Galesburg, Alivia Bridge and Alexander Bridge both of Atlanta, IL; one brother, Harold (Vickie) Cagle of Monmouth; one niece, Casey Montroy of Roseville, IL; one step-nephew, Tulsa Talley of Monmouth; two great nephews, Cameron Montroy and Colton Montroy both of Roseville, IL

He was preceded in death by his parents; one grandson, Cortez Turner and one niece, Tabitha Cagle.

Funeral services will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 16, 2007 at Hoover-Hall Memorial Chapel, Monmouth.  Burial will be at Center Grove Cemetery, Kirkwood.  Friends may call Friday morning at Hoover-Hall Memorial Chapel, Monmouth where his family will be present one hour prior to the services.  A memorial fund has been established to be designated later.
