Knepp, Jeanne

Jeanne Knepp, 82, of Camdenton, MO., formerly of Monmouth passed away at her residence on December 13, 2008. 

Jeanne was born September 19, 1926, the middle daughter of Michael and Ellen Rozbursky.  She grew up in Riverside, Ca.

Jeanne married Mickey Knepp on January 31, 1959 and he survives.  She is also survived by a daughter, Mary Louise (John) Kellogg-Joslyn of Branson, MO; one son, Buster (Jane) Kellogg, Jr. of Monmouth; 3 grandchildren, Scott (Amy) Kellogg of Chicago, IL, Lucy (Kent) Thompson of Monmouth and Dr. Ann Kellogg of Rochester, MN; 4 great grandchildren, Jack Thompson, Belle Thompson, Thomas Kellogg and Ginevra Kellogg.

Jeanne and Mickey owned and operated Knepp’s Women’s Apparel in Monmuth for 21 years before moving to Missouri.  They then worked together as sales reps for ladies apparel in Missouri and Kansas until their retirement. 

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, December 20, 2008 at Hoover-Hall Memorial Chapel, Monmouth with Rev. William Myers of the Faith United Presbyterian Church officiating.  A gathering of family and friends will take place following the services at the Monmouth Country Club.  Memorials may be to Waldenstrom’s International or the charity of the donor’s choice.
