Mischa Pauline Patterson, 51, of Galesburg died Saturday morning April 4, 2009 at her home.

She was born March 10, 1958 in Monmouth, IL the daughter of Constance Pauline Patterson and Eddie Harris.  She was raised and educated in Monmouth, attending Monmouth High School.

She enjoyed  watching movies, cooking and spending time with her grandchildren.

Mischa was a member of the St. James AME Church in Monmouth.

Survivors include one daughter, Chantilly Lace Patterson of Galesburg; two sons, Gari Lafonte Patterson of Monmouth and Jason D. Patterson of Burlington, IA; 10 grandchildren; her fiancé, Michael D. Masso of Brooklyn, NY.; her mother, Constance Pauline Patterson of Monmouth; two sisters, Shala Patterson of Burlington and Djauna (Brian) Swanson of Galesburg; five brothers, Pierre- Torre’ Patterson of Omaha, NE, Tyler Trenez Patterson of Bloomington, IL, Jerry Bernard Lucas of Galesburg and Lonnie Delano Patterson of Monmouth; numerous aunts, uncles and cousins

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Cheson L. Patterson

Funeral services will be 1:30 PM.Wednesday, April 8, 2009 at Hoover-Hall Memorial Chapel, Monmouth.  Burial will be in Monmouth Cemetery.   Friends may call Tuesday, April 7, 2009 at Hoover-Hall Memorial Chapel, Monmouth where her family will be present from 5:00-7:00 P.M.  A memorial fund has been established to be designated later
