Ian Richard Vasquez

Ian Richard Vasquez, 2 month old infant of Nick & Traci Vasquez of Monmouth died at 10:43 A.M. Sunday, December 6, 2009 at OSF Holy Family Medical Center, Monmouth.

Ian was born October 6, 2009, at Galesburg, IL, the son of Nicholas Micheal and Traci Lyn (McIntosh) Vasquez.

His family includes his parents, two sisters, Alexis Nicole Shell and Abigale Louise Shell both of Monmouth and one brother, Sebastian Micheal of Monmouth, maternal grandparents, Gary McIntosh of Monmouth and Barbara McIntosh of Miami, Texas, paternal grandmother and step paternal grandfather, Celia and Jim Harney of Phelan, CA, great grandmother, Mary McIntosh of Monmouth along with numerous Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Robert Vasquez.

Private family services will be held at Hoover-Hall Memorial Chapel, Monmouth on Wednesday, December 9, 2009 with Rev. John Irwin of the Heritage United Presbyterian Church.
